Matcha Lover, Cre Asion Cafe, Sydney 悉尼隐藏版日式抹茶咖啡馆

Cre Asion, owned by chef Yu Sasaki, who acclaimed from a fine dining background like Marque, Universal, and French Laundry. It is a cute hidden cafe, tucked away in a little
alley on Alberta Lane where a lot of Asian girls spend their whole morning, perched on the tiny black seats feeding their smartphone by taking Instagram pictures of their popular matcha chiffon cake, matcha swiss roll, or even the matcha tart.
That was what we are doing that day actually...

The menu is simple, but all the bread, pastries, cakes, and sandwiches served in this cafe are made to order for maximum freshness. After the meal, don't forget to walk out of the cafe with a box of their housemade macarons, that come with various interesting flavors such as sesame, truffle, plum wine, yuzu, bamboo charcoal and many more!
Those who are more into fitness and healthy food, try their house toasted granola,
and muesli bars!

Matcha Latte, chiffon cake, and the chicken, mushroom,
and sesame toasties were on our bucket list that day.
Despite the low and small chairs in the tiny little space in the rain,
everything was great. Highly recommend their matcha latte!
It was so rich, smooth, and blend to perfection.
Not too sweet or too bitter.
