Sydney Thai Restaurant, AbbAir 悉尼泰式餐馆
If Arisun is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in the town hall, then I think AbbAir is the best Thai restaurant other than Chat Thai in the city. They offer an authentic yet rustic Thai cuisine that surrounds by intimate family and friends orientated dining atmosphere, sitting just behind World Square. Their recipes have been passed down through generations since 1982. Softshell crab, crispy pork belly, spicy papaya salad, seafood hot pot, juicy king prawns, sour pork sausages... they have all the food that you can mention besides some unusual dishes where you can't find in other Thai restaurants. Spicy Clams, stir-fried pork with snake beans, and their Tom Yam Gong are my all-time favorite when I visit there.
