The movie Parasite is a 2019 South Korean black comedy thriller film directed by Bong Joon-ho, co-wrote the screenplay with Han Jin-won. 1917 is a 2019 British epic war film directed, co-written, and produced by Sam Mendes. The film stars George Mackay, Dean-Charles Chapman, with Mark Strong, Andrew Scott, Richard Madden, Claire Duburcq, Colin Firth, and Benedict Cumberbatch in supporting roles. It is based in part on an account told to Mendes by his paternal grandfather, Alfred Mendes. 6th April 1917, as a regiment assembles to wage war deep in enemy territory, two soldiers are assigned to race against time and deliver a message that will stop 1,600 men from walking straight into the deadly trap.

Joker is an American psychological thriller film directed and produced by Todd Philips, co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Silver. The film is based on DC Comic's characters, stars Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker and provides a possible origin for the character. The movie starts with the mentally troubled comedian Arthur Flek is disregarded and mistreated by society in Gotham City. He then being triggered to start his journey on a bloody revolution and crime. This path brings him face-to-face with his alter- ego, the Joker.
